Area Development Framework

This document sets out the Area Development Framework (ADF) proposals for Weston-super-Mare. It provides strategic guidance on the range of measures to be pursued, aimed at capitalising on the substantial opportunities identified for economic regeneration and expansion; addressing the area's economic under-performance in recent years and re-positioning the town as a focus for growth within the West of England sub-region.
